Almost all faculty and students have current accounts on the Blackboard system, and you should have already received information about your password either in email or with a yellow memo sent to you by mail. Your Blackboard "User Name" is the same as your EMUlogin. If you cannot successfully log in to Blackboard, please call (540-432-4357), send email to helpdesk@emu.edu, or come to the Help Desk window in the Campus Center. The Help Desk Mgr. will be able to assist you.

If you are a new student or faculty/staff member, an account may need to be created for you. Send an email message to: bbaccount@emu.edu and include your student or employee ID number AND your FULL name so your identity in our system can be verified.

If you do not have such a number (either because you are a GUEST or a new employee or student) contact either the relevant admissions/registrar's office (listed below), or your sponsoring individual for assistance in getting a Blackboard account.
